It has excellent and particularly good setting close to everything. Also, it is just next door to The Outer Banks, Festival Park and all the shops downtown Manteo, and Roanoke Island. There are fair prices in the property.

The outdoor area provides a nice space to relax.
The water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent, swinging from hot to cold almost without warning. The TV signal was poor, leaving us without entertainment during downtime. While these issues were not major, they definitely detracted from our comfort.

The King Room was comfortable but could use some curtains for added warmth and privacy. Parking was a bit tight at first, yet we appreciated that our car was right at the door. The shower water temperature was a bit difficult to manage, but these are minor issues that wouldn't prevent me from coming back.

Brightly painted, beautifully decorated rooms, with a lovely shower that offered a great experience after a day exploring the beach and easy access to outdoor dining areas for breakfast.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
